Job Opportunity: IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes for the subsidiary, in line with company guidelines.
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain our SAP S4/HANA systems to ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to define IT infrastructure requirements.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT and act as IT support lead for the assigned organization.

Responsibilities also include coordinating the deployment and maintenance of IT Hardware and Network solutions, proposing and managing local IT infrastructure in the plant/subsidiary to ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing IT infrastructure, applications, and networks, as well as a strong understanding of business requirements and technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a similar field.
  • At least 7+ years of work experience in an international business environment in a comparable position.
  • Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
Business Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze business requirements.
  • Effective communication skills to partner with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
