Job Overview

Seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager to drive implementation of ChaRM in Solution Manager, ensuring seamless integration across landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SAP ChaRM in Solution Manager, leveraging expertise to optimize performance.
  • Manage the entire change management lifecycle from creation to deployment, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Coordinate transport management across SAP environments and landscapes, minimizing downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ChaRM-related issues in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Develop training programs and create documentation for end users and stakeholders, enhancing knowledge transfer and adoption.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, with deep expertise in ChaRM.
  • Strong understanding of SAP landscape architecture and transport management.
  • Proven experience in configuring workflows, status switches, and change cycles in ChaRM.
  • Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Beneficial Skills:

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes.
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager 7.2 or later.
  • Exposure to integration with tools like ServiceNow or JIRA.
  • Knowledge of SAP compliance and audit support in regulated environments.
