Job Overview

The Legal Executive plays a pivotal role in delivering expert legal support across various departments.

This key position is responsible for providing strategic guidance and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Compliance: Conduct thorough research to guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements, analyzing data to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Document Drafting and Review: Craft and review comprehensive legal documents, including non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, and other contractual materials.
  • HR Support: Assist in drafting and reviewing HR-related documents, such as policies, terms and conditions, and undertakings.
  • Record Management: Maintain precise records and databases of legal agreements and documents.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform a range of administrative and paralegal duties as required.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Possess an L.L.B or B.L.S / LL. B (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree)
  • Experience: Demonstrate at least 4-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Skills: Showcase strong research, writing, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Technical Proficiency: Display proficiency in MS Office and related tools
  • Personal Qualities: Exhibit the ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate attention to detail and strong time management skills
