Key Role: Executive Assistant/Lifestyle Manager
This role combines high-level executive support and lifestyle management, requiring a professional with a background in luxury hospitality or lifestyle management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our executives, ensuring seamless experiences and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
- Coordinate complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Manage communication workflows, including calls, emails, correspondence, and stakeholder coordination, showcasing your ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Organize domestic and international travel with a focus on exceptional hospitality, highlighting your attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Oversee lifestyle and personal requirements, including event planning, guest relations, and protocol management, displaying your ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Prepare presentations, reports, minutes, and briefs for strategic meetings, showcasing your written and verbal communication skills.
- Support special projects and initiatives as directed by senior leadership, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
- Ensure high-quality hospitality and protocol standards for VIP guests, upholding the reputation of our organization.
- Maintain complete confidentiality across all matters, adhering to our strict code of conduct.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hospitality experience in luxury hotels, airlines, or premium services, preferably with a proven track record of success.
- 8–10 years of professional experience, with an emphasis on EA background but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest-relations skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle dynamic priorities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and quick adaptability to new systems, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Service mindset with high emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion, consistently delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
