Job Title: Associate Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Sales Manager to join our Strategic Alliances - DCB team at Max Life Insurance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies

Reporting Structure:
