Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-driven Property Valuation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our property investment team, you will be responsible for analysing residential and commercial property deals, reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent documents, and other critical information.

This is a secure, full-time remote role that involves working with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work, and understand key terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analyses of residential and commercial property deals
  • Review and evaluate floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent documents, and other key information
  • Calculate key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Maintain deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Produce written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-check every detail before submitting your work
  • Take ownership of your analysis — your calls matter
  • Listen to feedback and improve with every deal you review
  • Update deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately
