Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to lead the design of our toys and supporting materials. The successful candidate will create safe, engaging, and developmentally aligned products that inspire children and delight parents.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop toy designs based on child-development research, including concept development, CAD modeling, and detailed production-ready drawings.
- Create cohesive toy aesthetics, including materials, finishes, and colors.
- Support the creation of a consistent brand identity, including logo, packaging, and visual system.
- Design play guides, instructional inserts, and engaging graphics for toy packaging.
- Collaborate with child-development experts and manufacturers to ensure design meets safety standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Product or Industrial Design (desired).
- Strong skills in CAD and prototyping software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino, or similar).
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership (concept to CAD to prototype).
- Experience with children's products, toys, or consumer goods is beneficial.
- Creative thinker who balances aesthetics, functionality, and safety.
- Ability to work independently and deliver on tight timelines.

This role requires a talented individual who can think creatively and develop innovative product solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and be able to translate this knowledge into engaging and educational toys.
