Opportunities for a Production Control Manager exist at a lithium-ion battery manufacturer.

We are establishing India's first Giga plant in Bengaluru to manufacture Lithium Ion Cells. Our vision is to address social issues regarding energy, environment, and resources through the production of lithium-ion battery products.

Job Overview:

  • Lead the design and development team for NMC technology in various formats of battery cells manufactured at our Gigafactory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify inventory levels with SAP stock data to ensure accuracy and optimal composition of raw materials and assembly materials according to the Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Implement and maintain the principles of 5S throughout production areas to enhance workplace safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Interpret large amounts of data from SAP WMS and MES to align consumption postings and outputs with the BOM.
  • Oversee reconciliation of row materials, assembly materials, and finished goods from receipt to dispatch to prevent discrepancies in stock and consumption postings.
  • Perform cycle counting and adjust stock through approved processes, and implement Corrective Action Procedures for discrepancies.

  • Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data and drive process improvements.
  • Experience with inventory management, supply chain optimization, and implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
