Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a qualified professional with advanced skills in data science to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Proficiency in Python programming and strong knowledge of numerical and data analysis frameworks like NumPy and Pandas.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Llama and T5.
  • Understanding of NLP evolution history, training data creation, setup, and fine-tuning.
  • Interpreting research papers and architecture diagrams of Language Models.
  • Familiarity with techniques like LORA, RAG, Instruct fine-tuning, and Quantization.
  • Predictive modeling experience in Python, including time series and multivariable models.

Leadership Roles:

  • Lead a team of Data Engineers, Analysts, and Data Scientists to carry out key activities.
  • Connect with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Coordinate data artifact gathering and create project plans and sprints for milestones/deliverables.
  • Optimize clusters for Data Science workflows, create data pipelines, and assure data quality.
  • Research and develop ML/DL algorithms, create optimized data models, and integrate client ecosystems.
  • Measure the impact of DS projects on business metrics and finetune workflows based on feedback.
