Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data science group, you will design, develop, and implement classical machine learning models to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement classical ML models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series forecasting).
  • Clean, process, and analyze large datasets using Python and SQL.
  • Perform feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation.
  • Generate insights from structured/unstructured data and deliver actionable business recommendations.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for data science applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, and analysts.
  • Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Python for data science and machine learning.
  • Strong command of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Solid understanding of classical machine learning algorithms like Linear/Logistic Regression, Random Forests, Decision Trees, SVM, KNN, etc.
  • Experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, seaborn.
  • Experience in model evaluation and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  • Knowledge of data visualization and exploratory data analysis (EDA).

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to time-series forecasting and anomaly detection.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices or frameworks.
  • Exposure to business domains such as finance, retail, or supply chain.
