Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: Hybrid Model

Experience: 3+ years

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

Mandatory Skills:

Desktop Support Engineer – 24/7 Shift (2–5 Years Experience)


• Rotational 24/7 support including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays


• Must be flexible to work in three shifts: Morning, Evening, and Night

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide round-the-clock technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals


• Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing system within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines


• Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues


• Support users across different time zones and ensure minimal downtime


• Maintain logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity


• Collaborate with global IT teams for coordinated support


• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals


• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely


• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications


• Respond to user tickets and resolve issues related to Windows, Mac, or Linux environments


• Maintain logs of support requests, resolutions, and system updates


• Assist in setting up new systems and user accounts


• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate unresolved issues


• Ensure timely updates and patches for systems and applications


• Train users on basic IT procedures and best practices


• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies
