About this Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects from start to finish.

  • Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans and timelines, driving coordination across departments, and identifying integration risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders is essential for understanding operations, systems, and culture.
  • The ideal candidate will align processes, systems, and teams across organizations while minimizing disruption.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Monitoring synergy realization and tracking performance metrics and KPIs post-integration.
  • Supporting change management, communications, and cultural integration initiatives.
  • Managing due diligence and ensuring successful Day 1 planning and execution.
  • Evaluating regulatory and compliance considerations throughout the integration process.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 7+ years of project management experience with 3–5 years specifically in M&A or post-merger integration.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is preferred.
  • Exposure to change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) is a plus.
