Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead our commercial office interiors projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end design process for commercial office projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and timelines, providing expert guidance on space planning and conceptual designs.
  • Prepare high-quality 3D presentations, mood boards, and detailed drawings for review and approval.
  • Work in tandem with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with safety codes and sustainability standards.
  • Select and finalize materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that meet our high aesthetic and functional standards.
  • Lead junior designers, providing mentorship and support to ensure their growth and success.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 4-7 years of experience in commercial office interiors, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in workplace design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office is essential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
