Senior Interior Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Design Lead to spearhead our interior design team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role demands a self-motivated individual who thrives on leading cross-functional teams and driving project success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of interior designers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Oversee the entire design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and industry standards.
  • Review and provide direction on design presentations, drawings, material selections, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and communication.
  • Effectively handle escalations and resolve design-related challenges through informed decision-making.
  • Maintain exceptional design quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation in projects.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, trainings, performance evaluations, and design reviews to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role managing design teams.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse and high-quality design work across commercial, residential, or institutional projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
