About This Role:
  • This is a unique opportunity for talented artists with a passion for designing and visualising commercial spaces that set them apart from others in the industry.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate closely with designers and architects to understand project requirements and bring forth compelling design concepts for commercial interior design and build projects.
  2. Create intricate, three-dimensional models and photorealistic renderings of commercial interior spaces, including interior walkthroughs and video animations to showcase projects effectively.
  3. Develop textures and materials that elevate the realism of 3D visualisations, ensuring exceptional attention to detail.
  4. Pivot and refine 3D models and renderings based on feedback from design teams and clients to meet their vision and expectations.
  5. Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and AI-driven technologies in 3D visualisation and commercial interior design.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Commercial Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is necessary.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a 3D artist in the commercial interior design sector is required.
  • Software Proficiency:
  • 3D Modelling: SketchUp.
  • Rendering: Enscape.
  • Post-production: Adobe Photoshop, After Effects.
  • Design Skills: Strong visual and spatial skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Time Management: Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with commercial interior design fit-outs and spaces experience only will be considered. Proficiency in 3D modelling (SketchUp) and rendering (Enscape) software is a requirement.
