Design and Develop Furniture Products

We are seeking a skilled designer to join our team in the design and development of furniture products. The ideal candidate will have experience in product design, material exploration, and production coordination with craftsmen.

  • The role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the production team to create high-quality furniture products that meet customer expectations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with vendors and craftsmen are essential for this position.
  • The successful candidate will have experience working with various materials, including wood, metal, fabric, leather, bamboo, and others.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A degree in Design or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Hands-on experience in design and development, specifically in home décor, furniture, and craft clusters.
  • Ability to manage production schedules, coordinate with vendors and craftsmen, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Excellent persuasion and communication skills to work effectively with both designers and craftsmen.
