SAP Client Service Specialist

Are you a skilled client service professional looking to advance your career in a dynamic and innovative company? SAP is seeking an experienced Client Service Specialist to join our team as a Relationship Manager.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to manage relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and resolving issues promptly. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and contributing to the development of new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Manage relationships with internal and external clients, including Executive/Senior Leadership Team, Account Managers, Select Care Managers, Web Services, Service Delivery, and Services Enablement Teams.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, case management, and calls, adhering to prescribed response times.
- Troubleshooting and Resolution: Provide basic troubleshooting and investigation to help resolve client issues, working closely with Support and Product Development Teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Process Improvement: Engage with internal process/product development activities, including Weekly Team Huddles, ad-hoc huddles, and Project initiation/facilitation geared towards improving internal/external processes.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in continuous learning and development through available eLearning options, both mandatory and optional.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and listening skills to identify client needs and develop effective solutions.
- Data Entry and Typing Skills: Have strong data entry and typing skills to accurately document client interactions and information.
- Computer Proficiency: Be proficient in operating computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Exhibit ability to work well in a production team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Salary: This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
