Job Title: Unified Communications Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Unified Communications Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge call center solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for seasoned professionals who have strong hands-on experience with Cisco Contact Center Enterprise components and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of UCCE components including ICM, CVP, CUIC, Finesse, CCMP, VVB, and CUSP.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient call flows and workflows.
  • Providing expert consulting and technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to UCCE components and deployments.
  • Participation in solution design discussions and contribution to high-level architecture planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of UCCE components.
  • Strong consulting skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and design knowledge of UCCE components and call flows.
