Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and filing relevant tenders to maximize business opportunities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our organization by securing new projects through effective tender management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and register with government, private, and public sector portals for the tendering process.
  • Monitor government and private portals for new tenders relevant to our business.
  • Analyze tender documents (RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, GCC, SCC, etc.) to evaluate feasibility and bid eligibility.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect necessary information for bid submission.
  • Prepare commercial and technical bid proposals, pre-qualification documents, and compliance matrices.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids in accordance with client guidelines.
  • Liaise with various government bodies for permissions, clarifications, and certifications required during the tendering and execution phase.
Requirements:
  • Professional relationships with officials in tendering authorities, public sector units, clients, and licensing agencies.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client interactions for clarification and support.
  • Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), partners, subcontractors, and suppliers for pricing, certifications, and support documentation.

The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred but not mandatory. Your ability to think critically and work effectively in a team environment will be essential in this role.
