Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage key financial functions, ensure compliance, and provide valuable insights to support the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or anomalies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance and recommending cost optimization strategies.
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable, including vendor management and collections, ensuring timely payment and resolution of any issues.
  • Ensure tax compliance and assist in preparing tax returns, staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits, addressing queries and implementing improvements to enhance financial processes and controls.
  • Continuously review and improve financial processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains and cost reductions.
  • Use accounting software and ERP systems to manage financial data effectively, optimizing performance and minimizing errors.
  • Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in accounting and finance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA Inter or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally), with expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
