Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our accounting department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting and cost management.
  • Proficiency in cost performance tools and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Indian tax system, including direct and indirect taxes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in IT industry.
  • Knowledge of international taxation and transfer pricing.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
