Job Title: Enterprise Financial Planning and Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Financial Planning and Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our managed services department, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering exceptional service experiences to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud systems, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in administration and maintenance. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong leadership abilities.

In this role, you will provide level 2 and level 3 expertise on incidents and service requests related to Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS), Enterprise Planning Budgeting (EPBCS), Account Reconciliation (ARC), and other areas.

You will manage and coach a team of managed services professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback. You will foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, promoting professional development and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oracle EPM Expertise: Provide level 2 and level 3 expertise on incidents and service requests related to Oracle EPM Cloud systems.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of managed services professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Service Delivery Management: Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Advisory Services: Provide advisory services to clients on new features and best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of managed services delivery processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Deep Understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud Systems: Minimum 10 years of experience in administration and maintenance.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in managing a team in a managed services or IT services environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud systems, including FCCS, PCMCS, EPBCS, ARC, and other areas.
