Financial Accounting Specialist

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced Financial Accounting specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial accounting processes and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Integration and Flow: Develop a deep understanding of the financial accounting processes, including cash, purchase to pay and availability to produce cycles.
  • Configuration Skills: Possess expertise in configuration skills related to SAP GL, AP, AR, Asset accounting, Project systems ,taxation, product costing and COPA.
  • Test Management: Experience in test management tools such as ALM or similar, with ability to work on testing custom objects built from scratch to deployments.
Requirements
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in functional specifications, problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design deployment.
  • Logical Thinking: Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing and structuring relevant data.
  • Process Improvement: Capacity to assess current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest technology solutions.
