**Job Overview**We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join our team in the Finance Transformation, Accounting department. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering expert accounting and financial support to our clients, assisting them in enhancing their finance functions for acquired entities.
**Key Responsibilities**- Deliver high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.- Implement robust accounting processes, policies, and procedures to address financial information gaps.- Assist with preparation of opening balance sheets and post-close purchase price adjustments.- Develop an understanding of the client's business and recognize key performance drivers, trends, and developments.
**Requirements**- 2+ years of public accounting and/or operational accounting experience.- Bachelor's/Master's in accounting or finance degree from an accredited college/university.- High level comprehension of accounting principles coupled with ability to effectively communicate.- Experience with purchase/transaction accounting and applications including Microsoft Excel and Copilot.- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.- Effective time management skills.
