Sales Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. As a key member of our sales team, you will support the Director - Sales & Business Development in coordinating with African branches, managing CRM systems, preparing reports, and handling administrative tasks related to the sales process.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with African branches and manage CRM systems with client and sales data.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch activity & management reports.
  • Support client communication, follow-ups, and coordinate with internal departments to support branch offices.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the sales process.
  • Participate in online product trainings, webinars, and meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to sales, branch & administrative activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business Administration.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and G-suite (G-slide, G-sheet etc.).
  • Familiarity with travel industry terms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
