Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth employee onboarding and integration
  • Foster a positive work environment aligned with the company culture
  • Develop and promote the development center brand, ensuring business continuity at all times
  • Promote a high-performance work environment and diversity and inclusivity
  • Protect organizational interests and initiate disciplinary action when necessary
  • Implement DC-wide recognition and reward programs and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
  • Manage employee grievances – anti-sexual harassment, workplace concerns
  • Manage the health and wellness program

The ideal candidate should possess an MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW or equivalent qualification and have 11-17 years of experience as a level-headed HR professional. Strong analytical thinking, ability to prioritize, and adaptability to rapid change are essential qualities required for this role.

Required skills include leading and nurturing high-performance teams, exhibiting high standards of integrity and personal probity, effective communication across different stakeholders, and awareness of industry trends.

About the Role:

This position plays a vital part in executing the organization's larger vision, culture, and business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless employee onboarding and assimilation, creating and nurturing a positive work environment, developing and promoting the DC brand, inculcating a high-performance work environment, protecting the interests of the organization, implementing DC-wide rewards and recognition programs, managing employee grievances, and managing the health and wellness program.
