Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Core Python Proficiency: You will be required to have a strong understanding of Python syntax, semantics, and standard libraries, including dependency management using Poetry and package publishing on PyPI.
  • Understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures: You should be familiar with lists, sets, dictionaries, and trees as well as sorting, searching, and code optimization techniques. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate knowledge of tools like cyclomatic complexity analysis to enhance code quality.
  • Advanced Concepts: You must have a solid grasp of decorators, generators, and context managers. Furthermore, you should possess a good understanding of internet-based communication protocols.

Nice to Haves:


  • Python Experience with AWS Lambda Functions: While not mandatory, having experience in developing AWS Lambda functions is highly desirable.
  • Functional Programming Paradigms and Problem-Solving Skills: A strong background in functional programming paradigms and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
  • API Development with Flask or FastAPI: Familiarity with API development using Flask or FastAPI is also beneficial.
  • Advanced Database Concepts: Knowledge of advanced database concepts can be advantageous but is not necessary.
