About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Python Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and integrating AI/ML libraries. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python frameworks such as Django or FastAPI, have good knowledge of frontend technologies, and the ability to work across the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Python (Django / FastAPI or similar frameworks).
  • Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) to design schemas and optimize queries.
  • Integrate and optimize AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenAI APIs, etc.) into applications.
  • Ensure application scalability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, data scientists, and DevOps engineers.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
  • Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premise servers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Python development.
  • Strong expertise in at least one Python web framework (Django / FastAPI / Flask).
  • Experience in working with REST APIs / GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NLTK, SpaCy, OpenAI APIs).
  • Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
  • Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of data pipelines and big data frameworks.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
