Consulting Leader Role

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to spearhead our business development and advisory services. Our ideal candidate will have expertise in international trade consulting, strategic planning, and team management.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting projects, drive business growth, and foster strong client relationships.

The role involves providing expert advice to clients on compliance, export management, subsidy schemes, and audit processes. The consultant will also design and implement efficient processes, manage client interactions, and oversee daily operations.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of consulting delivery, and experience in a consulting firm or export/compliance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead consulting projects across service lines: export management, compliance, subsidy management, and corporate consulting.
  • Provide expert advisory services to clients on international trade, compliance, and strategy.
  • Oversee daily operations, guiding team members to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Consulting firm, Chartered Accountant office, or Export/Compliance industry.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, leadership, and communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
  • Enthusiastic leader who is hungry for growth, detail-oriented, and passionate about building consulting excellence.
