Job Title: Global Trade Specialist
The role of a Global Trade Specialist is critical in facilitating the smooth movement of goods across international borders. This full-time on-site position is located in Bengaluru and requires an individual to handle various documents related to trade, such as preparing export invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs documents.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation for international trade
- Creating proforma invoices as per instructions from stakeholders
- Communicating effectively within the department process to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Executing precise and perfect work in accordance with established procedures
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's Degree in International Business or related field
- Strong knowledge of global trade documentation and procedures, including INCOTERMS, HS codes, and customs regulations
- Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
