We are seeking an analyst who can turn influencer marketing performance data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets across social media platforms and campaign reports.

The job requires collecting, cleaning, and analyzing influencer campaign data from multiple sources. It also involves preparing visually appealing presentations reflecting data, insights, and analytics.

The analyst will identify high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to optimize future campaigns. They will also work closely with strategy, account management, and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction.

A key responsibility is building predictive models for influencer performance and audience impact. Additionally, the analyst will conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns.

Another important task is providing post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling. The analyst must ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting through QA checks and best practices.

We require a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field and 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in influencer marketing or digital marketing.

Strong MSExcel and MSPowerpoint skills, along with excellent presentation skills, are essential. Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and digital marketing metrics is also required.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and data storytelling skills, as well as strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
