Marketing Campaign Coordinator

Overview of the Role:

This position involves overseeing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish. Key responsibilities include planning, executing and monitoring live campaigns, as well as tracking performance and addressing any issues that arise.

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Identify and select influencers who meet campaign requirements, collaborating with them to deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage communication with influencers regarding campaign briefs, timelines and approvals, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Ensure all campaign content adheres to brand standards and meets client expectations.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics and address any challenges promptly.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and performance trackers for clients, highlighting campaign successes and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and effective communication.
  • Manage invoicing and documentation for influencer collaborations, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in campaign management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with influencers and clients.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make informed decisions to drive campaign success.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats and campaign tracking tools.
  • Problem-solving attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
