Political Campaign Associate

This role is an exciting opportunity to work in one of India's most vibrant political landscapes. As a Political Campaign Associate, you will be responsible for conducting voter outreach through field visits, surveys, and interviews. You will also coordinate with local workers to monitor and support campaign activities, assist in organizing events, mobilization drives, and political meetings, provide daily updates on local sentiment and campaign feedback, and maintain accurate field reports, photos, and documentation.

We are looking for candidates who possess a strong understanding of local political dynamics and community engagement. Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory, and basic Hindi knowledge is a plus. Prior experience in political campaigns or social work is an advantage. However, freshers with a strong interest in politics are welcome to apply.

The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree or be pursuing graduation in any stream.
