Job Title: Influencer Marketing Executive">

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence in our influencer marketing vertical. The primary goal will be to increase our influencer network and relationships.

  • Understanding client's influencer marketing requirements and assisting with proposal planning, designing of proposals or pitch deck along with an execution plan for their respective influencer marketing briefs.
  • Maintaining turnaround time for the briefs received, understanding of relevancy as per the requirement, and smart creation of detailed proposals, presentations and pitch decks.
  • Researching, recruiting & onboarding influencers, content creators and celebrities through great negotiation tactics and process downloading.
  • Briefing, negotiating and giving process downloading to influencers, content creators and celebrities.
  • Maintaining a database and keeping adding new influencers to the respective assigned category/genre.
  • Building strategic relationships with third-party vendors, agencies & partners including premium celebrity/artist management agencies, networks of content creators, and mainly groups, communities & clusters of micro-influencers.
  • Co-ordinating closely with internal team members and external partners.
  • Seamless campaign execution with strong co-ordination with onboarded influencers and internal team as per the pre-planned roadmap proposed to the client.
  • Achieving quarterly goals and targets of successful campaign execution.
  • Achieving high margins for all the campaigns.
  • Reviewing, analysing key metrics of the campaigns and creating insightful reports and reasoning of influencer activation.

Requirements:

  • Social media savvy.
  • 06-1 years of experience in influencer marketing (preferable) or social media.
  • Excellent communication skills and networking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS office (emails, excel, ppt, word).
  • Good knowledge of social media insights & analytics.
  • Ability to work as a team, understanding and good organisation of task allocated.
  • Smart negotiation and convincing tactics.
  • Well organised with great time management skills.
  • High interpersonal, co-ordination and relationship-building skills.
  • Client servicing.
