Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HRIS Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the HR organization, this role will play a critical part in driving business outcomes through effective management of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS).


Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of HRIS solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize HRIS functionality, improve user adoption, and enhance data quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Analyze HR functional business processes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to users on HRIS-related matters.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering HRIS projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems and their applications in business settings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel and other HRIS tools.
