Nutrex is a renowned global leader in specialty feed additives and drinking water supplements, boasting over 35 years of expertise and a strong focus on enhancing profitability and sustainability in animal nutrition through innovative solutions for improved feed digestibility and gut health.

We are seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven Animal Nutrition Sales Manager to drive our growth in South Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales by actively promoting our products to new and existing end-customers (integrators, feed mills, premix manufacturers), independently and in cooperation with distribution partners in your territory.
  • Maintain close relationships with existing end-customers and key influencers to expand our customer base and market share.
  • Stay up-to-date and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor our sales strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, research and development, and production teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product development and availability.
Requirements:
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and their impact on animal health and productivity across different species and applications.
  • Understand and convey complex technical information in a way that captivates customers' attention and addresses their specific needs.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and education to customers, ensuring they can make informed decisions.
  • Plan and organize your time and activities for optimal efficiency.
Your Profile:
  • A strong commercial drive with a focus on value-based selling, rather than cost-driven tactics, through proactive networking and prospecting.
  • A proven track record of successful technical sales within the animal nutrition sector, executing sales strategies that emphasize product value over cost.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build close connections and trust with customers.
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D and marketing to ensure success.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or equivalent through relevant industry experience.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Fluency in other languages may be an added value, depending on the territory.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of and experience with common digital sales technologies and tools (CRM, Sales enablement, presentation tools...).
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis across South Asia.
