Job Title: Agency Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to drive partnerships with agencies and brands.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies, media buyers, and brands to onboard them onto our platform.
  • Strategic Development:
    • Present the platform's value proposition to potential partners, securing long-term contracts and bulk orders.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to craft tailored offerings that meet client needs.
  • Client Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, ensuring smooth onboarding and sustained engagement.
  • Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to align efforts and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare regular reports on client acquisition, revenue growth, and market insights.

The ideal candidate will leverage their network and industry expertise to generate revenue and help scale operations. Required skills include strong networking and negotiation skills, a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
