Corporate Fundraising Specialist

About This Role

This is a dynamic role involving prospecting, outreach, developing proposals and building relationships with corporate partners. The ideal candidate will drive CSR partnerships for an innovative organization.

The successful applicant will be able to create engaging content, tailor proposals to meet the needs of our partners, and effectively communicate the impact of our work.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting & Outreach
  • Identify and engage potential corporate partners through cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Proposal Development
  • Support in creating customized proposals that highlight the value of partnering with us.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all materials are relevant and impactful.
Donor Engagement
  • Arrange meetings and presentations to showcase our programs and services.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with partners to strengthen relationships.
Relationship Management
  • Ensure timely delivery of progress reports and other communications to funders.
  • Support donor recognition and acknowledgments.
Events & Immersive Experiences
  • Coordinate corporate visits and events that showcase our impact.
Qualifications & Experience

A graduate degree in Business, Social Work, or related fields, with 2-5 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, business development, or corporate relations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in proposal writing and presentation.

Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including corporate partners, donors, and team members.

Number of new corporate partnerships established per quarter.
