Technical Solutions Developer

 

The company is looking for a skilled Technical Solutions Developer to join their team. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining innovative solutions that meet the business needs.

In your new role, you will engineer and maintain high-performance, secure, and robust solutions. You will design, develop, and maintain business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Producing complex software rapidly and of high quality that adds value to the business.
  • Designing and developing Canvas and Model-driven apps using Power Apps.
  • Building, testing, and maintaining Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
  • Developing Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
  • Customizing and extending Microsoft Dataverse with business rules, calculated fields, and relationships.
  • Integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, SQL, REST APIs, and other systems.
  • Implementing security roles and data access policies within the Power Platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need a background in software engineering, software design, architecture, and an understanding of how your area of expertise supports our customers.

  • You will need at least eight years of experience with Power Platforms like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Experience of working with development & testing tools, bug tracking tools, and wikis.
  • Experience in multiple programming languages or Low Code toolsets.
  • Experience of DevOps, Testing, and Agile methodology and associated toolsets.
  • A background in solving highly complex, analytical, and numerical problems.
  • Experience of implementing programming best practice, especially around scalability, automation, virtualisation, optimisation, availability, and performance.
