Job Title:
Software Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Software Solutions Architect to lead our software development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development methodologies and best practices, with expertise in multiple Siemens applications including Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, and Tecnomatix.

About the Role:
As a Software Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance product functionality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in multiple Siemens Applications like Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix
  • Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience
  • Should have influencing and advisory skills
  • Responsible for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
  • Mentor junior professionals to enhance their technical and soft skills

Requirements:
  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with software configuration management tools
  • Ability to analyze and optimize software performance
  • Familiarity with integration techniques for various software systems

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 20 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. This position is based at our Chennai office.
