Job Role

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning product strategy, design, and execution of high-impact use cases that are scalable, measurable, and compliant with NBFC and RBI frameworks.

  • Identify and validate opportunities for innovative fintech + Gen AI products.
  • Develop a product roadmap for new journeys (lending, customer journeys, underwriting, collections, and distribution products).
  • Collaborate with Tech, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to drive project success.
  • Convert ideas into structured PRDs, wireframes, and measurable rollouts.
  • Benchmark best practices across fintechs, NBFCs, and global Gen AI use cases.
Requirements
  • 4–8 years of experience in product management in fintech or digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of lending products, RBI guidelines, and NBFC operations.
  • Proven track record of building scalable B2C/B2B financial journeys.
  • Hands-on experience with data-driven decision making (SQL, analytics, A/B testing).
  • Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI use cases is highly desirable.
  • Engineering background preferred but not required.
