Job Title:
Deputy Manager - Research and Development

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our Research and Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing new products and solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop plastic, sheet metal, machined and die-cast components* Create design documents such as component drawings, bills of materials and instructions* Perform product approval testing and certification as per relevant product standards* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and launch

Requirements:
* B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering* 3-5 years of experience in product design and development* Strong technical skills and knowledge of design software* Excellent communication and collaboration skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines* Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
