CMDB Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our CMDB team.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in team management, performance goal setting, resource planning, and task allocation.

  1. Aligning capacity for the team, setting performance goals
  2. Resource planning & task allocation
  3. Support hiring, interviews, managing escalations
  4. Presentation of technical issues to leadership
  5. Reporting progress, creating reports and dashboards, and presenting with management (resourcing)
  6. Contributing to product roadmaps & strategic decisions
  7. Optimizing cost, performance, optimization, and scalability (insight for automation if any, decision making on new ideas)

The successful candidate will collaborate with other managers and contribute to the overall growth and improvements in the process or tools.
