About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Account Manager to lead our medical communication efforts in the North region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to establish Philips Avent as a leading provider of infant care solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with top hospitals and healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the region
- Create and execute workshops and training programs to educate HCPs on Philips Avent products and their benefits
- Drive sales growth through effective communication and collaboration with hospital pharmacies and other stakeholders
- Establish a robust infrastructure to support the needs of our MSL team and ensure seamless execution of scientific dissemination activities
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a related field, preferably with a background in medical sales or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with HCPs and other stakeholders
- Experience in managing Gynae and Paedia portfolios, with a deep understanding of the market and customer needs
