  • About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead and manage a high-performing engineering team in Hyderabad, focusing on people leadership, performance management, and career development.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing ERP/EPM engineering team in Hyderabad.
  • Drive performance management, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.
  • Partner with HR to manage talent development, employee engagement, retention, and career growth.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers and principal engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Act as the on-site leader, ensuring smooth communication between US leadership and India-based team members.
  • Work closely with US leadership to align on guidance, strategic direction, and resource planning, ensuring global priorities are translated into actionable team outcomes.
  • Support workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, and skill development.
  • Champion values of diversity, inclusion, and belonging in everyday team practices.
  • Ensure team alignment with global ERP/EPM delivery standards and business priorities.
  • Promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and recognition programs.

What You Will Bring:

  • 12+ years of IT/ERP/EPM experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role.
  • Strong experience in performance management, coaching, and talent development.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate globally.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability, empathy, and resilience in dynamic environments.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization.
  • Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to foster collaboration, trust, and accountability within the team.
  • Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of IT/ERP/EPM experience.
  • At least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role.
