ERP Implementation Lead

We are seeking an experienced ERP implementation professional with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, or Oracle Cloud ERP. As an implementation lead, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle ERP implementations from requirement gathering to go-live support.

About the Role:

  • Lead complex ERP implementations involving multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, define business processes, and translate them into functional design documents (FDDs).
  • Configure, test, and deploy finance, supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing functionalities to ensure best practices and process improvements.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution, enhancements, and SLA-based ticket handling.
  • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live planning, and post-implementation hypercare support.
  • Conduct end-user training and ensure seamless adoption of ERP functionalities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and system design.
  • Hands-on experience in data migration using templates and multi-country/global ERP deployments.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend best-fit solutions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
