Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the successful execution of our smart metering and grid modernization projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving project delivery, ensuring operational excellence, and providing exceptional customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Manage day-to-day coordination with utilities, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee proof of concept activities, meter testing, site acceptance testing, and deployment of meters/gateways.
  • Ensure spare parts availability and effective resource planning across multiple projects.
  • Track and monitor project progress, service level agreements, and escalations, providing timely updates to management.
  • Maintain strong utility relationships by ensuring issue resolution and project delivery aligned with expectations.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and project tracking through Microsoft Excel and other coordination tools.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering (preferred) or related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, field services, or customer support in the energy sector.
  • Hands-on experience with head-end systems and meter data management platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of site acceptance testing processes, service level agreement monitoring, and project coordination methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for data analysis, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
