About the Role:

Serving as a technical expert, you will support our application security portfolio in India. You'll work closely with our sales team to design customer-centric solutions, deliver impactful demos and proofs of concept, and guide organizations on best practices in application security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and workshops for our application security products.
  • Prepare responses for technical sections of requests for information/requests for proposal and address customer queries.
  • Guide customers in adopting our application security solutions within their DevSecOps and secure software development lifecycle practices.
  • Partner with our sales, services, product management, and support teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Build reusable technical assets (presentations, demo scripts, FAQs).
  • Conduct partner enablement workshops and provide technical guidance for channel engagements.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, compliance requirements, and application security best practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
Qualifications & Experience:

You should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting in application security or enterprise software.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of security testing tools and methodologies (dynamic application security testing, static application security testing, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, Bash).
  • Experience with our application security products or competitor tools like Fortify, Checkmarx, Snyk, Veracode, or Burp Suite.
  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, continuous integration/continuous delivery tools, and secure coding practices.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
