Operational Manager for Commercial Buildings

Job Description:

This role involves overseeing daily operations at a commercial building. You will be responsible for ensuring that all technical services meet client requirements. This includes managing electromechanical operations, their repair and maintenance, as well as developing and maintaining effective asset-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain asset-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals
  • Ensure proper signoffs for attendance and required details for cost sheet submission
  • Submit timely client-approved cost sheets to the JLL office and follow up on invoices
  • Oversee all building systems, including fire life safety, MEP, and critical utilities
  • Maintain documentation of assets under asset list trackers
  • Hire, train, and develop shift engineers and maintenance staff
  • Formulate suitable budgeting controls and monitor SLAs and KPIs for JLL and outsourced agencies
  • Maintain service level agreements and keep performance indicator scores above excellence
  • Oversee vendor quotations and invoices
  • Ensure proper signoffs for attendance and required details for cost sheet submission

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree or diploma in electrical, mechanical, civil, or marine engineering, with a minimum of 8-12 years of working experience in the facility industry, mall real estate, hotel, or construction industry.

Work Environment:

This role requires you to work at the Logix City Centre in Noida, which is a retail site located in Noida. You will be accountable to the Mall Manager and will work closely with the regional RO, HO, SME, and training teams.
