Job Title: Enterprise AI Integration Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise AI Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and integrating Large Language Model (LLM) powered applications, as well as experience with agentic AI frameworks.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented professional who can create and integrate AI copilots, intelligent code assistants, and agent frameworks to improve developer productivity and code quality. The successful candidate will establish standards, workflows, and guardrails for safe and effective AI adoption in engineering teams. Additionally, they will build and maintain a comprehensive AI integration platform that embeds intelligent agents safely across the entire development toolchain.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and integrate LLM-powered applications to enhance developer productivity and code quality.
  2. Establish standards and workflows for safe and effective AI adoption in engineering teams.
  3. Build and maintain an AI integration platform that embeds intelligent agents safely across the development toolchain.
  4. Define policies and audit mechanisms for enterprise-grade AI systems.
  5. Collaborate with engineering, security, and DevOps teams to integrate AI across development toolchains.

Requirements:

  • The position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and the candidate must be open to relocation.
  • Proven track record in building or integrating LLM-powered applications.
  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks, such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, Autogen, MCP, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel.
  • Familiarity with developer tooling, including GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD pipelines, and Jira.
  • Understanding of security, governance, and compliance in enterprise AI adoption.
  • Passion for human-AI collaboration and improving the developer experience.
